By using Ottie Games you agree to these terms. They're written to be readable; if something here doesn't make sense, ask us.

What the service does

Ottie Games lets a host create an invitation, collect short answers from guests, and generate party games and printable sheets using AI.

Your responsibilities

• Only invite people who would reasonably expect to receive the invitation, and don't add people's answers without their knowledge.
• Don't use the service to harass, embarrass or target anyone, or to share anything unlawful, hateful, sexual or private.
• Don't try to break, overload or scrape the service, or access other people's parties.
• Keep your organizer link private. Anyone who has it can manage your party.

AI-generated content

Games are written by AI from your guests' answers. We add safety rules and checks, but AI can make mistakes, including wrong trivia answers or content that doesn't suit your group. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you print or share it.The preview lets you remove or regenerate anything you don't like.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you and your guests enter. You give us permission to store it and process it (including with our AI and hosting providers) only to run the service for you. See the Privacy Policy for how long we keep it.

Game packs and access codes

A game pack (for example one bought from a marketplace such as Etsy) comes as printable files and an access code. You may print and use the games for your own parties, family gatherings, classrooms and workplace events. You may not resell the pack, share the files or the code publicly, or upload or redistribute the content. We may switch off a code that has been shared widely. Packs are digital goods, so refunds follow the policy of the store where you bought them (for orders made on our own site, see “Buying directly” below). If something doesn't work, write to us and we'll fix it or replace it. Some games in a pack are pre-written and some are written by AI, so please read them before you print.

Buying directly

Printable packs are digital downloads. You may print as many copies as you like for your own parties, family gatherings, classrooms and workplace events, but not resell, share or redistribute the files. A Party Pass is for one party up to the group size you chose; it includes live play on phones for up to that many people and the printable PDFs. Its codes work for one year from purchase and each can be used once. Prices are in US dollars and sales tax is added where required. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Because these are digital goods that are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final, but if something doesn't work or isn't what you expected, write to us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you. A refund ends access to that order's codes and downloads. We may refuse or refund an order we believe is fraudulent or resold.

No warranty and limits of liability

The service is provided “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens at your party. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using the service and delete your party at any time. We may suspend access to anyone who breaks these terms or abuses the service.
